We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be returned in its original, clean, and intact packaging

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes must not be opened or used. Any item returned with opened packaging, signs of use, or damaged presentation will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The perfume must be unopened

  • The product must be returned in its original, clean packaging

  • The issue must be confirmed as a manufacturing defect

Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons related to scent preference, change of mind, or opened products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected, depending on your payment provider.
